The main difference I found going into university is the need to be independent and responsible for your own work. Lecturers aren’t going to remind you that you have assessments or work due; you have to take the initiative and find out for yourself.
Yes and no, I expected university to be extremely difficult, especially since I was studying engineering. While it is hard, you have an amazing network of friends and staff that you develop who will help you through even your hardest subjects.
