Through generous support from industry and our alumni we have invested more than one billion dollars in new facilities for students and research over the past 5 years – providing new buildings, full state-of-the-art laboratories, high performance equipment and modern teaching spaces.
Industry and alumni support means scholarships can be offered to students who might not otherwise have the opportunity to study engineering – including our recent commitment to boost the numbers of women in engineering.
Our supporters also offer mentoring, industry placements and graduate opportunities for our students – consolidating the exciting and connected education experience available at UNSW Engineering.
It is a culmination of this support that positions UNSW Engineering at the international forefront of innovation, and it’s because of the generous support we receive that we continue to be where we are today.
UNSW Engineering is launching a new program to enhance its collaboration with industry by offering 25 Industry Research Fellowships.
Encouraging more women into the field of engineering is a priority for UNSW and for many leaders in industry.
You can make a difference through funding special initiatives such as engineering design education and student-led projects
Scholarships are an effective way to attract high-quality students, which can benefit the donor too
Industry support doesn’t have to be financial – we welcome guest lecturers, invited speakers, and work experience for our students
Leaving a gift to UNSW Engineering in your Will and a legacy for future generations is a very personal and extraordinary decision to make.
