Liming Dai is a part-time Professor in School of Chemical Engineering at University of New South Wales (UNSW). He is recognised as a pioneer and leading scientist in the research and development of carbon-based metal-free catalysts for renewable energy technologies. His expertise covers the synthesis, functionalization, and device fabrication of conjugated polymers and carbon nanomaterials for energy-related and biomedical applications. At UNSW, he will develop the UNSW-BUCT (Beijing University of Chemical Technology)-CWRU (Case Western Reserve University) International Joint Laboratory into a world-class research center and an interdisciplinary research alliance for multi-university collaborations.
