Major Infrastructure Funding Success for ANFF
ANFF will receive significant new infrastructure funding through the National Collaborative Research Infrastructure Scheme (NCRIS), as announced in May, 2018 federal budget. Of the $393.3m total NCRIS allocation, a total of $36.2M is being provided to the ANFF (nationally) to fund new capital upgrades at its nodes.
The NSW node of ANFF, led by Scientia Professor Andrew Dzurak, will receive almost $6m of new capital equipment and support funding, which will be used to replace ageing fabrication tools and support systems, and to upgrade capabilities over the next 4 years.
This continued significant investment has only come about through the continued excellent advances made by Scientia Professor Andrew and his team. Congratulations to Andrew and his team.
