Industrial Training

All Bachelor of Engineering students are required to complete a minimum of 60 days of industrial training as a component of their degrees.

For students who have not yet started IT, follow these steps:

Students who have done 1 to 59 days of IT placement – are classed as “Interim” students. If you are in this category, follow these steps:

  • Enrol into Faculty of Engineering Industrial Training Moodle -  with key of Eng5tudent!
  • Have to complete the pre-requisite modules
  • Have to complete the Interim Employer Evaluation form (for placements you have done and no longer working at)
  • Complete pre-approval and employer evaluation form for all new placements

Students who have completed all 60 days of IT placement before August 2018 – are classed as “Legacy” students. If you are in this category, email to : ENG.WIL@unsw.edu.au
