Minerals Industry Advisory Committee (MIAC)

The School of Mining Engineering has established a Minerals Industry Advisory Committee (MIAC) to provide the School with strategic direction. As the School's main interface with industry and professional associations, MIAC comprises school staff and senior executives from various mining companies who continue the tradition of providing input on course structures and content, as well as reviewing the School's research activities and addressing issues of supply and demand within Australia's mining industry.
